Can you take a natural sleep aid to help you relax and drift off to sleep? Melatonin is pretty good. It's all natural and non addictive.

I've never tried anything natural for it. I guess I could give it a go. Nothing to lose and all that

I've tried all types of pills. They don't work. The last ones just upped my anxiety so much I thought I was going to have a heart attack

Oh dude. That doesn't work for me. My insomnia is mainly mental. In a bad patch, I can be physically exhausted but my brain will block sleep. I'm used to it though, dealt with it as long as I can remember. Just pissed because the other night I was actually close to sleeping until that idiot started smashing things
