I have Invisible Woman, Iron Man, She Hulk, Ms. Marvel, Iron Fist, Hawkeye, and Black Widow. I just got enough for cyclops

My team is Iron Man, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Daredevil, Dr. Strange, Hulk, Human Torch, Invisible Woman, Luke Cage (only because you need him for the premium level later, he really sucks), Pheonix, She-Hulk, Sif, Spidey, Thor, War Machine and Wolverine. I also have 92 command points and was going to recruit a few people but I’m waiting until the new ones come out just in case.

The best way I found to get greens is getting 5 stars on levels. When you do you get 5 Command points. I have 5 stars for all of the first 5 chapters and all but the last one for chapter 6. Epic boss rewards help too, I've gotten 10 command points as a prize twice.
