The Amazons will also have the problem that there will be records of ships where the crew go missing. Once this would have been okay, like hundreds of years ago, since disasters at sea were sort of common and mostly unable to give a proper explanation of. But for the last one hundred, to maybe even, two hundred years, there will be records of ships where the crew mysteriously disappears and there will be an investugation, and someone is bound to notice that there's a pattern. Though the Amazons themselves might not have realised this though.
I want to believe that Azzarello has thought this all thorugh, but I'm not too sure he has.
I'm not too sure he thought people would read so much into it.. but is it really a surprise given today's older readers? These are logical questions even by comic book standards nowadays.
Unless Paradise Island is magically hidden, in which case it would imply that they do have some Gods' protection! And if so, which one(s)? And if not.......

Not really. Remember, they only do it 3 times in 100 YEARS. I'm sure even more ships get lost by accident, so if they do it 3 random times in 100 years that's impossible to detect. But for the last one hundred, to maybe even, two hundred years, there will be records of ships where the crew mysteriously disappears and there will be an investugation, and someone is bound to notice that there's a pattern.
If you think GPS and Google Earth can spot everything, you're mistaken.

Boats and crew go missing each YEAR let alone each century.

What if a child dreamed of becoming something other than what society had intended? What if a child aspired to something greater? Man of Steel

Do I like Azzarello's "Wonder Woman"?
How can I not overstate my feelings, hmmm.
HELL NO!
Now I'll go back to mourning the death of Wonder Woman
Wonder Woman does not need a sword or shield. She's Wonder Woman.
I do now. Three or four months ago, not so much.
But the last two issues have been a great read. This is what I was expecting when the book was first announced.
pro·lif·ic [pruh-lif-ik] adjective
1. producing offspring, young, fruit, etc., abundantly; highly fruitful: a prolific pear tree.
2. producing in large quantities or with great frequency; highly productive: a prolific writer.
3. profusely productive or fruitful (often followed by in or of ): a bequest prolific of litigations.
Seriously, you are wrong. Most of the people here are the same, if anything most of the more vocal posters here who criticized past runs are gone. And many of the "prolific posters" you are looking for are more interested in other agendas other than Wonder Woman. Regulations have tightened so most of those are now kept into a minimum.
