Wonder Girl appearing on Young Justice!!!

I disagree, You already have someone on the team with super strength and 2 others who can fly now that Rocket is on the team... the last thing the show needs is someone who does both, talk about making Superboy obsolete (it doesn't look like he will be using Luthors S-Shields anymore so no more flight for him).

The same thought crossed my mind too, but then I realized they have switched up Megan's powerset a fair amount. They've played down the Martian physical strength and whatnot, and played up the psychic abilities. Telepathy and telekinesis seem to be her primary go-to powers, with shape-shifting, invisibility and intangibility used mostly for stealth. Rarely, if ever, has she been shown with any degree of strength anywhere close to Conner's.

So I figure Cassie will get the same sort of treatment. If I had to hazard a guess, I would think she will get flight, heightened agility and speed, and low level strength and durability. So she'll do the whole "Bullets and Bracelets" thing, and be stronger/tougher than most, but not enough to step on Conner's toes, who remains the team brute.

Actually, has Diana been shown in combat at all? One would assume that Cassie will have a similar powerset so that could answer the question of Cassie's abilities.

Too bad it appears to be Cassie. Having Donna with the mirror twin origin would have been a great way to have Diana try to intercede in the Superman/Superboy relationship -- "I have my own 'clone,' and she's welcome as my sister" sort of thing.

They had an episode though where Wonder Woman called out Batman over bringing a child into gunfire and didn't seem terribly enthused by the concept of child sidekicks to begin with. Assuming they go with Cassie's original origin where she was just a kid who idolized Wonder Woman and stole some Greek artifacts, that'd fit. She didn't seem like the type who'd go and recruit a sidekick on her own like the other JLA members.

I wonder if this will be addressed? If Cassie just shows up as WW's sidekick then Diana is going to look like a flaming hypocrite.

It was pretty cool to get a glimpse at bullets and bracelets from Cassie though. I'm looking forward to her appearance and hope that she's a regular cast member, and I'm dreading to see who they hook her up with.

I know a lot of people are excited to see her, but the team is all ready at the Brink of too many characters. If she gets an Episode here and there, it would work, but adding ANOTHER member might become a problem. (And I mean this for EVERY character they are thinking to make a full time...r)

But hey I thought that way about Zatanna and Rocket and they seem to fit.

Well the clip for next week's episode looked like it had a bulk of new characters being introduced in the premier. It's possible they'll be trimming the fat by focusing on the new kids for now.

Yeah, I have wondered what they plan to do with all these new characters as well. I hope they dont ignore the main cast too much, as these guys are obviously the driving force of the show.

With the entire season being one long, drawn out story, I could see the team being split into several smaller groups, and the episodes will sort of rotate through them. That way the core team will still be in the spotlight but the fresh blood will get some attention too. It would sort of keep in line with the show's habit of leaving some characters out of episodes so they can focus on others. Of course I have no idea if that is what they are actually going to do, but it could be a way to handle such a larger cast.

At the same time, they might introduce just a couple new regulars, and have others guest star throughout the series for an episode here and there. Who knows?

I do wonder what will happen with Rocket though. She just joined up, and now there are all these new faces to introduce. I really hope she doesnt get forgotten. She's a fun character, quite different from the others, and Milestone needs some love.

Anyway, I do hope to see Cassie used a lot. She's a solid character in her own right (most of the time) and it puts more spotlight on the Wonder Woman-verse.

Yeah, it is mostly likely a stealth-variation of the costume, most of the team has those.
