Since we have Garth (Tempest) + Kaldur on the show there's still a chance for Donna to pop up, maybe as Diana's Amazon sister who never became Wonder Girl?

Considering almost all the characters (with the exception of Robin, Superboy, and now Zatanna) have stealth variants of their costumes, it's possible that this is her's.

And yeah, I could definitely see her mentioning that, say, her teacher was Donna Troy.
