18 reviews in = 100% (this ties The Dark Knight for a comic book movie with a #Fresh debut on RottenTomatoes).

I know nothing stays 100% forever, but so far... WOW!

I just made the mistake of reading a review, which spoiled the after credits sequence.

I saw the advanced preview last weekend.
It was like seeing Star Wars for the first time all over again.
Well, Whedon was due a big box-office hit. Been a long time coming.

'Mm,' she agreed. 'He's a little bit dodgy in the same way that rats are a little bit covered in fur."

Even with 18 reviews and a 100 percent rating, I'm not wowed. This kinda thing happens all the time.
Avengers just got its first negative review on RT :(
Here's that review: http://www.boxofficemagazine.com/rev...s-the-avengers
It's okay. Nothing can stay perfect.
The Avengers will get a few more negative reviews after all is said and done.
But speaking of Amy Nicholson's review, it seems a bit questionable. She gave it a 3/5 (which is borderline fresh/rotten) but she doesn't even know the characters names (calls Nick Fury as Nick Frost) and apparently from reading what other folks found, she just hates Marvel films altogether:
