My advice would be to keep trying forever and ever and ever : )

Seriously, thanks for the support. So far, we've been very happy with the response, so I think (knock on wood) we're in a pretty good spot. I think.

    - I didn't get #0 and I don't think it will be easy to find. Also I haven't read the Hack/Slash back-ups. Will I be missing a lot?
    - I really like the art in the preview. For how many issues will Axel Medellin be on art duties?
    Hey Onslaught!

Thanks for the questions and interest! So, let me address what you've got here.

For starters, you don't have to read HH #0 9which was a collection of the backups) to jump on board with #1. That was a self-contained story that isn't essential reading for #1 on. But, it is on sale over at Comixology for .99 cents right now. Which, I know, there's the whole digital debate and I’m not even opening that can of worms. The thing is, though, that the book is sold out through Diamond so, as you say, getting a copy will probably be hard. And, hey, .99 cents is cheap!

As for Axel, he’s our main guy, and we’re holding on to him for as long as we possibly can. We’ll be giving him a break from time to time because, for one thing, doing one monthly book is hard enough—but Axel also illustrates Elephantmen, so he’s especially busy. But those breaks actually fit in perfectly with our format, because we plan on breaking up longer arcs with one-shot stories, and those will be the ones we find fill-in artists for.

I hope you enjoy issue #1!

1.Nope the only thing you'll be missing is the origin and introduction of murder(The Astronaut with crows following it)although i figure they'll probably talk about that again at some point
2.He's the current artist and there's no plans to replace him anytime soon

Thank you, everyone, for the awesome support. I can't express how much it means.

But--yes, the dreaded but--looks like we'll all be waiting a little longer to enjoy issue #1. Image just gave me word that, due to the printer muffing something on their end, the book will be pushed back a week, to July 11.

For what it's worth, Image and I had everything in on time and perfectly ready to go for the July 4 release. I guess this is just one of those things--one of those frustrating things.

The good news is that issue #2 will not be delayed because of this, so once #1 is released, we'll be a week close to #2!

Thanks again--July 11 here we come...

I know! Image and I worked to get everything squared away with Diamond, who originally messed up the date, now it's shipping the 11th anyway. I guess it's destiny!

Definitely checking this one out. Looks very interesting and I like Seeley. Tough decision will be what title to cut if I end up sticking w/ Hoax Hunters!
Comics were happier before the Internet turned writing superhero stories into fruitless attempts to impress/entertain a small group of ppl who appear to hate comics and their creators.

As much as I like to pimp my own work, you have an awesome pull list! I couldn't decide what to cut from there...
