Well there goes another one of the Guardians ideas blown up in their faces.![]()
Let me guess... He blew up another planet didnt he?
When will they stop putting him on trials and making him look bad, and finally make him look like a hero? You know, like the JLU did.
No, he killed a Green Lantern a few issues ago for reasons I don't know. I'm not reading the title.
I'd also say that he's being a hero in the GL titles. Just not a traditional Superhero.
He was put on trial in JLU too.

"No weapon formed against them could prosper."
In GL #7 the Guardians had a brief debate on whether or not to kill Voz simply so he would't be able to ask what happened to Lyssa Drak; I find it hard to believe they'd be incensed enough over John's actions to send the Alpha Lanterns after him.
Unless of course they're just keeping up appearances...
can't wait for Alpha War

I realize the ship has long since sailed, but I do not like Geoff Johns's interpretation of the GLC as a police force, and I like the idea that they're some kind of army even less. The idea that one person is a police officer to an entire sector of space is ridiculous. Sure, the Corps might have to come toether to fight massive battles occasionally, but in the Silver Age, they were portrayed more as explorers, peace-keepers, and problem solvers, which makes more sense to me.
