What Did You Read - April 2012

Over halfway through the month and still no thread... time to start one...

The Walking Dead v15: We Find Ourselves - Another decent volume. I don't remember anything that made this one stand out though.

Batwoman v1: Elegy - Decent story. Glorious art.

Elephantmen v1: Wounded Animals - It took me a while, but I'm finally trying this one. So far I like it, but the pace is so slow that I can tell it's going to take forever to move the story forward. It's a good thing the volumes are 300-odd pages. One tiny nitpick is that the paper being so thick is going to make the books take up twice the space they need to - and I'm very tight for bookshelf space.

The Unwritten v2: Inside Man - Decent stuff. I'm still not 100% convinced how well this book will hold up as the series progresses though.

Aetheric Mechanics - Decent story which almost takes the twist I was expecting - but not quite. The art is fairly average and in dire need of colour though.

I've just been keeping up with new releases and haven't started any back issues or tpb's. We'll see what I find at the Boston Con this Sunday though...
