That's a good question ask DC to put him on that title? It's probably a combo of Finch plus Batman why DK sells so much. It's definitely not the story or the writer that's making that title rank so high on the Diamond charts.

David Finch isn't on Jim Lee's level of celebrity and reknown. Lets nto pretend otherwise. What you or I think about how great or bad his artwork is.........well thats subjective.

But I wouldn't hold David Finch in the same regard as Jim Lee comparing their resume's and how fans view the two.

    Wow.
Just imagine if they are able to combine the sense of consistent continuity and characterization of the DCnU, with the subtlety and story logic of Civil War!

    In other words:

"Till shade is gone, till water is gone, into the Shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath, to spit in Sightblinder's eye on the Last Day."

So do you think Lee could move 100k of the next issue of Voodoo (or captain atom or whatever other low selling title)? I'm gonna lean towards "not even close" personally.

Someone suggested the DCnU Batgirl should lead the Birds Of Prey.

I don't know why I didn't think of him before: Ethan Van Sciver.

He's a superstar artist currently doing the plotting on Firestorm, a title on serious cancellation watch. He's one of DC's biggest names who's worked on both GL: Rebirth and Flash: Rebirth. He'd be perfect for this. Plus, if it's not until 2013? He's got a full year to work on it. And if Firestorm is ultimately cancelled, he'd be free & clear to work on Trinity War full-time.

I'll read it if it was done by Alejandro Jodorowsky or David Lynch.

Bro. Bro. Bro. Bro. Of course bro. Why else would they do something like this? How else would Pelican Man become part of the Trinity.
