Moon Knight was supposedly ressurected by Khonshu. You however forget Aunt May, MJ, Green Goblin, Baron Strucker, Midnight, Carnage, and a pretty much all the vilains.

I get when villains have that whole "mysterious death" thing that its not that big a deal because if they never really died and people just assumed they did but never found a body, then it is kind of meh... but Sabretooth getting his head chopped off? Yeah, so? He regenerates... just like Deadpool who has lived through a beheading also (but only because someone actually moved his head back to his neck, I think) during Dark Reign. Puppet Master was sitting on top of a bomb and Ms. Marvel watched him detonate it because she was so pissed because he was using his power to enslave women... and when she realized what he was doing and asked, "What did you do?" his response was something along the lines of "I had some fun." So he kills himself in fiery explosion rather than be taken in to custody yet again, but the next time I see him, he's working with Misty Knight against Purple Man and the Villains For Hire to clear his name because Purple Man used him. That's a big hole in events surrounding him that I don't find to be all that "meh." That's not at all like seeing Dr. Doom die in any of countless situations only to find out later that it was just another Doombot.
