Default Dead is Dead rule broken? Awhile back

I recently read Ultimate Avengers 2 and I already knew of the quote "Dead is Dead in the Ultimate Universe" did anyone look at the fact that Johnny Blaze died and he was resurrected write in front of our faces? Sure he wasn't a superhero at the time but this is still resurrection. Another thing too Loki has been resurrected a lot times already and Valkyrie too. When was this quote made because they are blatantly lying.

Supernatural. Asgardians and Ghost Rider are not mortal. Valkyrie was "resurrected" as a true valkyrie by Hela, who is again: supernatural.

EDIT: Valkyrie has only died once, and she was brought back by Hela, a god.

I think these reasons are why people don't like "magic" in the Ultimate Universe. It breaks rules.

In all actuality Ghost Rider is really dead anyway but really he is a zombie now anyway. You could say that his girlfriend was brought back from the dead but again she is a zombie. And as for the whole Loki and the others lets face it Thor could be insane and they really are dead. If the Ultimate Marvel Universe sticks to its guns we will not be see Asgard anytime soon.

Dead means dead has been broken many times. Gwen, Norman and Beast are the most glaring examples.
    1) Find a bad guy
    2) Be Wolverine
Ultimate Wolverine is coming back, sort of!

Clone and the other two are dead again. All of the characters that have come back are now dead.

The whole "dead means dead" rule is referring to "comic book deaths," as in characters that die in one story only to be brought back later down the road. The examples you mentioned are different, in that they were never intended to stay dead.

Thor and Captain America disagree. And Ghost Rider, I suppose. Also Madrox. I think that's it.

Thor never died he willingly stayed in Hel, Cap had a near death experience, Ghost Rider HAS to die for his origin (seeing how he sold his soul to Satan he died a long time ago), and Madrox can clone himself, the one that died in Ultimatum was a clone.

(yes, that is from the Stand Up and Scream album cover ^_^)

I just thought Wolverine never killed Madrox Prime or am I wrong?

You know, at this point I just hope that the rule only applies to Peter (and uncle Ben). Anyone else is free to return. The UU has broken so many "real world" rules that they might as well just keep going. But Peter is where I draw the line. What will I do if they do bring him back eventually? Probably complain a little, then absolutely nothing
