Dr. Strange got depowered to near-irrelevance, so I doubt he'll be of much help.

    Magik... isn't she still dead?

Emma Frost is following Scott's lead. Not sure how she can be of much help against the Phoenix, really. Though, she should be able to jack up a great deal of the Avengers.
Magik is currently alive, just to clear up one point.

You'd think they have learned their lesson after what happened in Civil War

Eh, Thor put up a damn good fight, and you could tell he didn't want to kill Hulk because for most of the fight he didn't know he'd been split from Banner.

Though thinking back, it had Hela also seemingly not being able to handle the Hulk, which yeah is weird.

And Loki, and Enchantress. It's like some writer who is a Wolverine fanboy decided to write Wolverine defeating the entire JLA, Pre-Relaunch/Post Relaunch doesn't matter just because Wolverine is cool and they want to showcase him kicking everybody's ass.

Didn't the X-Men basically tell both sides to go screw themselves because the Civil War stuff is basically what mutants have to worry about all the damn time and no one seemed to be in any hurry to stick their necks out for them till it started affecting the normal human heroes as well?

Though House of M should have really taught them not to play around with semi-omnipotents with emotional issues. Hey, did the Avengers ever do anything to keep Wanda in control after she basically punted all of mutantkind onto the endangered species list?

Fox Wolverine: "Well, I always did think I was kinda cute. Nice of you to mention it."

He was beaten to death because he tried to physically fight Hulk. If the 616 verse version tried this and didn't use any speed like this version? You'd basically have the same result, it would just take longer. The thing is we can call it PIS if 616 Thor did it, since he does have speed superior to Hulk's.

Now, I don't know about the people who made it disliking Thor or not knowing much about him, but eh..I enjoyed the movie. If he was like 616 Thor it would of been 2 minutes long. Thor see's Hulk, Thor KO's him with plot device weapon and teleports him back to Earth.

If there is one thing that annoyed me with Marvel is not having Avengers help the mutants yet they would bend over backwards in helping regular people. Where were they when the mutants were massacred?

IIRC there was a mutant registration act in the 1980s.

Well, Surtur, I would totally count Cap being blown back by an Optic blast that hit the same shield that has no sold Thor, The Hulk and Thanos as a head scratching "WTF!?!?!?" moment.

    Busy being important?

But you do make a good point. I suppose it just makes people sympathize more with them. Though, Scott kind of ruins it what with his fetish for the Phoenix. The portal in his head obviously messed with his logic. I mean, the Phoenix Force gets its jollies by destroying planets, and generally being not a good guy. And you want to bring it to Earth, because maybe. MAYBE. It will pick Hope, and then maybe, JUST MAYBE you'll score? Dumb as hell if you ask me.
