What about a rebooted Blue Marvel for the Ultimate Universe?

I enjoyed the intro of the Blue Marvel to the MU. And being that it was only a miniseries, they were only able to go but so much in-depth with the character. Now it doesn't seem like anyone wants to go through the effort of instilling him into the greater MU. Then there's the challenge of those fans who didn't want a character like him to interfere with their status quo. But what about a move to the Ultimate Universe where everything is wide open and still being constructed? Either a reboot or an in-story move to this universe which he's already shown he's capable of?

But thats the point. It'll forever be "who?" until someone decides to make use of him and tell the world "who". No one knew who spiderman was until a writer decided to explore him. Now hes an icon. Gotta start somewhere.

They could always go the Captain Atom/Wildstorm route. Have the actual Blue Marvel end up in the Ultimate U somehow. Of course he's so mega powerful I don't see any of the 1610 heroes really holding a candle to him.

That's why they could just ultimize him just like Thor. He doesn't have to be too powerful. And his powerset derives from being a stable anti-matter reactor. There's so much that can be done with that. Why not restart him there? We all know that the UU is going to grow and this would give Blue Marvel a much better opportunity to thrive and build a strong fanbase without the overcrowding MU and its fans holding him back.

I'd love to see the mind of Reed Richards battle the mind of Adam Brashear.

Same reason for why he wouldn't fit on an Avengers team for why he wouldn't fit in the Ultimate Universe. He covers too many bases with his powers, intellect and skills, and that sort of golden / silver age air of infallibility he has about him just doesn't fit the Ultimate mould. Take that away from him to "reboot" him, and you might as well just create a new character.
