I'm really kind of blown by just how few ongoings Marvel's actually publishing now. It's not too surprising given what generally sells, but I hope they continue to give more properties another chance, and not the same subset of characters who've had multiple opportunities to grab reader interest in the last few years.

i counted 44 ongoings. i think marvel is trying to test the waters again on new ongoings, with ms. marvel, x-treme x-men and others. not sure that they'll stick around long but at least marvel's trying different ongoing properties again.

Kinda glad FF Annual isn't part of Hickman's run, I can skip it for the time being. I might pick up the eventual trade of the various annuals, because I do like ClanDestine and Davis' work in general.

Weird, I didn't see any point one issues this month. Maybe Marvel is giving it some much needed restructuring. Point Ones should ease new readers into new books, not alienate them.
