    Thanks for the info. Like Marvel's Masterworks, those hardcover DC Archives are a little too pricey for me. Hopefully DC will put them out in paperback editions, or maybe everything will be available digitally at bargain prices one of these days.

    Look around, you might get them for half off.

    I wouldn't hold my breath for paperback editions. DC was going to do a THUNDER Agents Chronicles series, but the first was cancelled.

    Yep. As noted elsewhere, my copy of Archives vol. 2 cost me $15.49, shipping included, from an Amazon Marketplace seller just a couple of weeks ago. I doubt that I paid any more for that for my vol. 1 a few years previously.
    I tend to split superhero comics fans into "People who like Krypto" and "People who don't like Krypto."
    Basically, if you miss the wonder of a dog flying around in a little Superman cape, you're in the wrong hobby.
