Following the release of today's international trailer, Columbia Pictures has debuted a new theatrical poster for "The Amazing Spider-Man" that puts the wall-crawler - and his web shooters - front and center.

Why does the poster say "Marvel Studios" when it's not a Marvel Studios production (ie. Avengers)?

It looks fan made. Like they just photoshoped a promo pic onto a random picture of new york.
Oh and that is just a brilliant tagline.Favorites: Animal Man, Batman, Batman Beyond unlimited Frankenstein: Agent of Shade, Demon Knights American Vampire, Sweet Tooth, Daredevil, Amazing Spider-Man, Secret Avengers.

The question I have is, how can he be back if this is the first film of a reboot? The marketing people must be dumb-asses.
