And in today's "Jared the bonehead hurts himself" file...
So in the process of selling those 100 pounds of comics the other day, I slammed the knuckle of my left middle finger into a doorjam while lugging 50 pounds or so. It bruised pretty good, and will hurt real good if weight is put on it from the outside.
Well, today I go a friend's house to play some Castles and Crusades, and another of my friends notices the bruise and asks to get a closer look. He then gasps a little and asks for me to hold both hands in fists alongside each other for comparison. It was then pointed out to me and everyone else present that said knuckle is...uh..crooked.
So I've either dislocated or broken outright my left middle knuckle. My left thumb is already distended near the knuckle from its break over 10 years ago. So far though, I can still lift heavy things it seems. Which is good, because I can't afford not to with the move.I'm autistic. What's your excuse?
