I remember there being a thread where everyone read along the Qur'an and there was a discussion about it. It was actually a very educational thread and I enjoyed reading it unlike most religious/political topics. I would like it if there were similar threads with certain comic book series where we would all read along. There's a bunch of series I would like to get into and this would serve as extra motivation. Heck, I got into Starman because someone from the DC board practically read it with me.

On Penny Arcade in the games forum there is a common thing called a "Let's Play." I think a "Let's Read" for a comic series would be pretty nifty.
