    Morning people.
What have I always believed? That, on the whole, and by and large, if a person lived properly, not according to what any priests said, but according to what seemed decent and honest inside, then it would, at the end, more or less, turn out ok.

    Morning Puma.

I finished the Kree/Skrull War HC tonight. I know I'm far from the first to make this observation, but goddamn was Roy Thomas in love with the sound of his own typewriter or what?

    Good morning, nerds.

They are making such a big deal about the NATO Summit here. They have already told us not to wear any corporate logos and saying that we may need to work from home or if we come in to be unable to leave the building for anything.

Ha! Yeah, it was the "Young Turks" style back then. You could say the same of Denny O'Neil and others. I still love the story, though, despite the weak ending.

I have a hard time reading any super-hero book by Roy Thomas, then or now.
    But, I dig his Conan.
    His Avengers, All Star Squadron?
    Ugh.

Don't read anything by Don McGregor then. The volume is greater and the prose more purple than Thomas at his worst.
