Reiterating Spike's "impossible". Absolute worst case scenario is they try to keep your deposit, which isn't likely if you clean the place up because they wouldn't have any grounds. Very unlikely there'll be court and it absolutely won't affect your new place or pets.

Well, it's always three courses, and you get bread with the first two... Both pics are appetizers. The main dishes were more food, but not as pretty to photograph.

C2E2 was great yesterday, I met a few more artists/writers, bought some comics, and saw Kevin "Dotcom" Brown and Stephen Rannazzisi from The League do stand up. Stephen, in particular, was really hilarious I would pay to go see him again.

I wonder if people are going slowly insane since its 2012. Case in point...

- 2/3 weeks ago my dad saw a piece of land he saw in a local Trading Journal . It was late and he called the guy about the price. So he was gonna look at it that weekend. Well he does , he waits a few days to call him about working out the price. The dude won't answer. He tries 2-3 days. So one day were riding and he has me call from my phone. The kid answers and tells me "Its been sold." My dad was like...oh well.

- Then today my dad picks up the Journal and sees the same ad for that land again and calls the guy. He won't answer again. My dad is like.....is he a fucking moron ? Because if your gonna sale something....wouldn't you wanna sell it ?

There's probably a perfectly reasonable explanation for it, like the land is haunted.
