Collider: New Series by Simon Oliver

Kinda surprised there isn't a thread about this already but Will Dennis announced a new series by Simon Oliver and Robbi Rodriguez called Collider. Collider is about the "A-team with quantum physics. They’re like storm chasers, tracking down these phenomena.” Sounds like a lot of Charlie Stross' novels to me. But Charlie is one of the most innovative writers in modern sci-fi so that's fine. Rodriguez seems to have some hype as an artist so curious to see how this comes out.

I really enjoyed Rodriguez's art on Uncanny X Force, and Oliver is spectacular, so I anticipate this being amazing.

Very cool. Lot of good sci fi esque comics coming out these days! Though I suppose we have to wait until the fall to get our paws on this one? Damn. That is a ways away! It's not even summer yet hah
Loved Exterminators, he's got a handle on interesting characters and ideas. Color me excited. Now we only have to wait wait and wait.

Psyched for this. I loved Exterminators and whoever thought to cancel that series in such a rush should be hit at least once in a non-serious damage kinda way and then get told they helped make the world just a little worse for their decision.

It's unfortunate as the series had a lot of potential. I can't cut too much slack though when titles like Unknown Soldier are cancelled and still manage to end on a high note.

Oliver says the protagonist in this story is a Sci-Fi Bruce Springsteen...Michio Kaku meets the Boss...how freakin' awesome is that!?!

I knew messing with that Large Hadron Collider was a bad idea...
