I really hope that image takes off and gets used in real arguments by some n00bs in a couple months.

I agree. But I dont think he woyld have had anything to do with the x-men but something dissassociated with them. I cant see Kurt sticking around while Logan still runs X-Force and he was about to leave but he thought saving lives were more important and he saved Hope.

    /sarcasm off

It makes for better reading when there is character variety, especially in a team book where so much seems defined by powers. Nightcrawler was the voice of reason and usually wisdom. Some of his team mates were shown to listen, some were shown to be indifferent. It is pretty logical that not all his friends would have had the same response.

I agree, though, that writers probably felt that any character showing an attack of morals and ethics didn't appeal to the ADHD infested twenty-something comic fan.
    Kind of sad really.

    Lol at Forty
seven trying to start a fan feud with that manipulated Rogue image.

It's kind of sad that while the 'badass' characters remain the gentler ones are either being quietly toned down or killed off.

He didn't get me into X-Men but I do miss him. He certainly has a unique voice that I don't see being replaced or something better done.

Schism was a good thing. It should have happened sooner, and Kurt should have been leading the way. Rogue must have forgotten that Kurt gave his 2 weeks notice just before he died.

Edit: Eh... didn't think something that stupid would have happened... but these days, you never can tell.

To be fair Jarrod, Psylocke did show concern for what happened to Kurt over in Uncanny X-force. As for Kitty and Colossus we can only assume that Kitty was so distraught that Colossus put on old DvD movies of Kurt's life and career.
