Guys the last thing I wanted to do is aggravate you. I just wanted to point out that by having high expectations beyond what we know on the SHSO Wiki will inevitably lead to disappointment.

The key point I would like to try and get across is patience and optimism. Think about how wonderfully excited we were to get Avengers Nick Fury. He is a fun char to play AND incredibly creative. There ARE more coming. In addition to everything going through your mind remember there are more coming.

Another point. We really don't know that Gazillion has laid off people or moved to people from SHSO to Marvel Heroes. Somewhere along the line people have expressed that out of aggravation but we have not been given that info by a reliable source.

We just got a VERY cool team up bonus in SHSO. That HAD to take a lot of time to develop and implement. Yet very few people are talking about that and enjoying that new fuctionality.

I am by no means acting as a censor here. I don't have any power to do such a thing and I actually do believe this board is for all of us to say exactly what we want to. I am not picking on any person but more addressing the overall "feeling" that is present here. The negativity is really overwhelming.

What I wanted to say was/is don't give up on the game becuase of some delays. Don't overextend your expectations so much that you become disappointed with the game. Don't believe everything you read. I have seen sarcastic remarks turn into "facts" in a matter of a few days.

Enjoy yourself. Enjoy the game. There is still not a day that goes by that some little something makes me giggle in SHSO. I wish I could remember the voice trigger that cracked me up just a couple days ago, but it eludes me. That is more why I love it than any other reason.

Intolerance is again present in this forum. Censorship to people who complains, to the dreamer, etc.... And this is because it does not update the damn game. This place are empty of sense if the game does not advance BUT Try not to fight and respect ourself. Nobody has the right to decide which one should be expressed here.

I know this is a sensitive subject for you. I am by no means trying to censor you. I am trying to encourage you to be patient and hopeful. I do however look foward to the day you enjoy the game so much again you want to post about it. Sorry I ruffled your feathers.

I know you didnt call anyone out specificaly. I can only speak for me, and my posts are what id love to see. Im not expecting or whining that they dont have it yet. Im saying this or that is what id like to see. I actualy use the phrase "Id love to see". I dont expect anything i say to happen soon, were all jus saying what we would want to see or do in the game. There no harm in that, if there was actualy any damn news about this game recently then id understand. Because it be hard to find the informational posts with all these I wish this and that posts. But there is no news havent been in awhile. So people are keeping themselves entertained discussing the game, it is a topic about this game. You dont care about anyone elses wants or wishes then dont read them. Also there isnt a person here who thinks all these things they say they want in the game are gonna actualy happen. Especialy anytime soon, they just hope they might get some of it sometime in the games life span.

I know im beating a dead horse over the head here, but I dont see the issue. Why it would bother anyone that members are posting what they personaly would like to see in this game. Everyone wants something different, so to say that everything we "Demand" isnt gonna make it into the game is way beyond stating the Obvious. Nobody expects much right now from this game. Gazillion layed a bunch of people off I heard some people saying awhile back on this thread. They also are working there butts off on Marvel Heroes. I do think they should add some of the stuff they already have done, just to keep the fan base content. But I get why things are slow over there, they have alot on there plates. On the same hand I get why some people are upset. I quit for like three months the first time things got slow, then they picked things up with the X-men month and all that. So when I came back there was alot to catch up on. So ive been keeping myself plenty busy. I can still wish for certain things, i dont expect them and I wont get "disappointed". We know what to expect in the near future, can still hope for certain things later on in the year.
Sorry I would like to say its nothing personal but dont take kindly to being called childish. Again I know you didnt say any names but I have a couple posts saying what id love to see in the future. So I might not fall in with the people your saying are being negative and complaining about the game. However I do fall in with the I wish people.

I am sorry if I offended you. I tried hard to be assertive but unoffensive. I don't know you and know better than to sling insults at strangers.

There is nothing wrong with wanting more out of SHSO. Just be reasonable about it. We actually just got a HUGE update with team bonuses. That took a tremendous amount of time and planning. Unfortunately I think they missed the mark with that one. Some of the people here are thrilled with it. Others, including me, really just aren't impressed with it.

If you do a search of my posts you will see a couple complaints I sent to SHSO on behalf of everyone on the board. It incorporated the lack of informtion SHSO provides to us. It also incorporated the player who couldn't get his Wolverine code redeemed. That player now has his Wolverine. That communication also lead to us getting a SHSO contact just for this board. A person at SHSO that we can contact directly.

I am very proactive in communicating with SHSO as a member of this community. I agree with you. They don't tell us what we have to look foward to and I have told them so. My batting average with communications with SHSO is pretty good. Almost all legitimate problems I have addressed with them they have taken action on.

The point being if I see a legitmate issue. I'll fire off a complaint in no time.

In the mean time. Enjoy yourself as best you can.

There is nothing wrong with wishing for some of this new stuff or pondering what may be in the future. I think we just need to wait for the 4th for a chance of new content, thats when the sale for Rogue and Gambit ends. Hope Spidey month starts soon, can't wait to possibly play as Anti-Venom. :)

See to me this a positive post. Expressing hopes and wishes but not unreasonable. It also has no game bashing in it. Virtually no negativity.

How do I....go about this..

First off No one Is complaining or whining. There is nothing wrong with wishful thinking.It's not like we are going all out into a fantasy world dreaming of things that'll never happen.Majority of the stuff I've asked for has already been implemented to happen sooner or later or at least we've gotten concept art,so that means there are plans to add on in the future.

I'm just saying I wish there was more places to go.I even sympathized in one of my post on the last page that they are working on other projects,and I can see why It would be slow progress.It's not like I'm not being understanding or rational.

I keep busy all the time, whether it's joking and running around with my online friends or doing missions,or leveling up etc

Not trying to be rude,but sounds like someone feels a bit authoritative.I don't plan on leaving or not playing anymore at the moment,as long as I'm online I'll still be playing this and Marvel Heroes.You shouldn't feel "burned" AT ALL, because nothing negative was said.The game is great, I was just expressing some ideas,from my perspective.

Truly no offense intended and I did not single anyone out. I'm glad your hopes for SHSO are based on actual plans. We all want changes, myself included. I just don't think the "wanting changes" should completley dismiss the game we have now as boring and done with.

Please be aware I have NO authority on the board. Though I am proactive both in communications with the board members AND very proactive with SHSO. I have a feeling some of the leaders of the board would like me to shut up. I expect to get an email from one them any day now.

Please forgive me if I came off authoritativly. While I did want to knock it out of the park, the key message I am trying to pass on here is patience and optimism.
(I am a project manager / developer of business software. That's were that authoritativeness comes from. Though I understand it could come across as me saying "patience and optimism please" with a billy club in my hand in case you disagree. I'll work on being less bossy.)

Sorry if this bothers you Eddie (and no that was not sarcastic, sorry if it sounds that way), but I wonder if they're going to do anything for Independence Day. I mean, It's even on a Wednesday, which is when they usually do their updates, so maybe they'll do something. It could be as small as a code sent in our E-mails giving us an item for our HQs, but I still think it would be neat if they did something. Too bad they didn't do anything for Canada Day today.

This is another great post. No game bashing. No negativity.

Honestly almost everything people want to see in the game is distant future things other than Spidey Month and Avengers Black Widow which in my opinion people have the right to complain about. Avengers Black Widow should have come out in June which was Avengers month but now its July and we still don't have her. Also July is supposed to be Spidey month and guess what, we still have an Avengers theme and its July. I'm not saying that I'm very angry about this although I am a little upset but I hope that you can all see now how some of us are angered

I agree completley. I am as frustrated as you are. Though I do think we may be jumping the gun a little early. Lets give them another week.

Beating a dead horse here but don't forget we just got the team up bonus update. Its a very complicated update. Maybe not what you (or I) were hoping for BUT the game has just had a pretty big update added to it.

Ok I'll change tactics a bit here. (And I really appreciated the posts today to lighten the mood becuase I did not want to bring everyone down.)

Here's the new plan. If I get too much of a negative vibe from the board in the future I am going to post of a picture of myself in my banana hammock.

Now that in itself sounds scary but becuase of my surguries I have approximitaly 20BIG scars all over my upper body. It's ugly. Right now I am not in terrible shape but I do think the picture would cause most of you to have temporary blindness.

Eddie, can you be my new best friend??? I totally agree with what you have to say. If you're bored, find a solution. Make a noob account and go without a membership. Send a ticket to the support team. PM Technomancer. Express yourself, but you can do it in positive ways that you can get something out of. Sorry to say, most of us can't do anything about your problems, so it's pointless posting about them over and over. I don't mind all these wishes, because I can say for myself I have wished for stuff too, but once per person is more than enough in my opinion. (And sorry if this is offensive to anyone. I'm not very good at wording things, which I know from past experience.)

Hi guys,
Just wanted to stop in and say that we all love this game and this community is the only one like it for this game. One of the main draw points for this community has been the respect and positive interaction within the community. There have been ugly instances but few and far between. This is a community populated by kids, adults, different countries and such. A diverse and wonderful group. Eddie's sarcastic humor might not come across that way to some (I myself enjoy it quite well). Point being, communication, positivity and following the hero code would do all involved well. And would set a fantastic example to the younger crowd.
