Awesome issue. Suzie got exactly what she deserved. Want to put children's lives in dangers?!?! Jason knows how to handle people like that. Loved the meeting with him and Tim. Thought it was handled perfectly. Can't wait to see Jason kick some talon ass!

Just finished reading it, great ish.

I had a couple of serious laugh out loud moments. I liked Roy hosing down the pile of ashes that used to be Suzie's gunmen with a fire extinguisher after Kori gets done with them and then Roy's comment when told they'd be going after Victor Fries got me chuckling. "Cool" indeed.

I didn't like that this implied that Alfred wasn't a master chef at EVERYTHING and his waffles should be goddamn divine.

    Outside of that, great issue.

Suzie was an utter bored and deserved death for simply breathing. Now Starfire was once again fabulous and I hate to admit it, but I enjoyed the conversation between Drake and Jason.

From the cover to the actual issue, Suzie reminded me of the bearded lady in Batman and Robin #2. It's probably the art. I loved how this tied into Teen Titans.

Pretty good issue certainly. The meeting between Jason and Tim was wonderful, both were written as really good brothers. Is nice to see that they don't hate each other (Or trying to kill each other) anymore.

You know they're defending him from a Talon, right?

Who says they don't pulp him first so he's easier to carry around?

ditto. this series has gotten really good now that Lobdell is starting to flesh out these characters. loved the conversation between Jason and Tim. though im not interested to see Jason become a full fledged member of the Bat family. he should always remain the outcast. plus Bruce would never accept him back with the massive body count he's compiled.

I would think there's a good chance Jason will say "it's Mr. Freeze...let the Talons kill him." For that matter, the Talons have a weakness to cold...he might not need any help.

I feel like the writing has really picked up since issue 6, which really should have been issue 1, it would have been a much better introduction.

Jason and Tim getting along was not something I would have expected, but it felt surprisingly natural.

Yeah, I never got why those two wouldn't get along really, especially now that Jason has been leveled out more. He has reason to not like Dick, because Jason is essentially the middle child who could never live up to his older brother. But Tim? Tim is too level headed, and would probably sympathise with Jason (like he did here.) Tim never actually crossed Jason, he just came next.

Come to think of it, I'm curious to know what Tim and Jason's relationship was like pre-FP. I know that Jason and he fought once during the 'Hush' arc, but I don't know what happened on any of their subsequent encounters.

Still, I appreciate the attempt they've made here to present Jason as an ally of the Bat-family as opposed to a Batman villain. I'm also really interested to see what the reaction of Bruce, Dick et all will be to see Jason involving himself in this matter.

Interestingly, what's Tim's status vis a vi the Bat-family. Why did he leave home in THIS continuity? After all, he's only 16...shouldn't he be in Gotham, attending school?
