Sometimes I think people are just getting dumber:

1. A guy tried to dump six puppies and their mother by putting them in a suitcase and leaving them outside a store - with his address label still attached to the suitcase.

2. A drug dealer was so careless with his wares he didn't notice his step-kid had taken 50 (!) doses of Heroin to school for show-and-tell.
