X-23 needs her own series again!!!!

She's the worst character ever to give a solo title to. She doesn't have a monologue, she doesn't have a grandstanding personality, and she doesn't have a compelling backstory. She's walking torture-porn. She works in a team, when she's thoroughly marginalised. Nobody knows what to do with her. A solo title won't work. She needs other characters to react to.

Her solo title was a great book and had decent numbers. The editors have clearly decided to use her to prop up the numbers of Avengers Academy, which they're more invested in.

She'll get another solo soon enough.

Her solo title was already on a down swing by the end of the first year of stories. It would have been better to have made it two mini series of X-23 maturing and finding herself a bit, hanging out with Gambit and Jubilee to help her, and then move her on to teen group again. The whole last year of the book was aimless.

And in true "unclear on the concept" fashion, the creative team decides we'd rather see Mr. Sinister come back. ?????

yes she does, so how about you do a kickstarter to get Leinil Francis Yu in art and Zeb Wells writing it to make an alternate universe version of X-23 ala Avenging Spider-Man, where she takes on enemies with a different partner every couple of issues, and maybe have Surge as a permanent/recurring partner just because they fight so much the drama between them needs to climax already

I used to like Laura. But there's only so many times I can read about her learning to be human over and over again. I thought her own her series would finally progressed the character, but I felt she was just skept in a static state, and her guest stars got more to do and feel. The book was cancelled not soon enough. Before the rather dumb babysitting arc with a rather strangely written Hellion.

Can someone please help me out? Where are people getting this idea that Hellion is/was written out of character? Because from what I saw the portrayal was spot on. A meanspirited immature boy. That's the way I've seen him portrayed in every book I've seen him in.

I think she should be folded into the Astonishing X-Men. Liu writes her very well and she would fit in the group given her relationship with Gambit. It would make sense for him to invite her to join.

Seriously I hope they cancel AA or at least remove X-23 from it. It's not worth the paper it's printed on.
