That Demon Knights cover is brilliant. Too bad that isn't how they look all the time.
Good to see the OMAC trade will have all eight issues of the series. I hope that title gets another shot at life in the near future. I would settle for a mini every year!
Captain Atom has regained his human appearance! Nice.

Wow, how different can people's tastes be.

I dropped Mr. Terrific, but to me, Captain Atom is far, far from garbage.

I think it's one of the best books DC puts out.

Jurgens isn't writing Superman, he's drawing it, and it looks fantastic. Giffen is writing it. You ought to give it a shot before judging it.
    I seriously miss Captain Mar-Vell.

Jurgens is co-writing. But on this July solicit,it looks like he's the sole writer.

I agree. It's had some really great moments concerning what it means to be a hero that don't involve slugging someone.

So far as the solicits go, I'm most happy to see Tallulah Black returning in All-Star Western and the Green Lantern/Green Arrow trade. The latter is a definite purchase for me.

I didn't notice that before. I pretty much assumed Giffen was still on, since he just got on.

Giffen is off the book after only a few issues?

    What's going on?
    I seriously miss Captain Mar-Vell.

yeah, the release schedule for Before Watchmen surprised me a bit as well. I thought we'd be getting first issues of the Rorschach and Doctor Manhattan series, but we're not, meanwhile Nite Owl takes the month off so the Ozymandias series can debut.

Wonder what the particular logic to this is.

    Blue Beetle #11 looks AWESOME!!!

Paco and Brenda looking for Jaime AND the Blue & Gold?! Sounds like this could definitely increase sales!

Its DC's new weekly. One issue of Before Watchmen per week for 35 weeks.

The Justice League cover was weak. We don't get the team just Batman and Supes and its not even fully covered we get the laer vision red for 68% of the cover.

uh-oh - those issue numbers are getting awfully high! All that continuity is going to get too intimidating!
Better reboot them all back to #1, lest DC lose all the mythological 'new readers' from the past year.
