Batman and Batman & Robin covers are really awesome. I'm loving the Jesus Christ post for Batman #11. Bat-God?

That Batman cover is really awesome!!!

I really dislike the bullet point solicitation style. It is so boring. Why change to it?
"Criminals are a cowardly, superstitious lot." - Dick Grayson
"That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard." - Damian Wayne

LOL I had the same reaction. Just going through these solicits, I realize how disappointing this line of books is.

I also like how Nightwing's crotch is so long in the Batwing cover.

I have to admit that I'm happy that "Court of Owls" is finally coming to a close.

The solicit for Inc. is a bit weak, but I'm sure it will be good. But seriously, does Batman "like" anything that happens in that story? Him liking what's going on would kind of defeat the purpose.

Seeing the July cover for Birds Of Prey really solidifies for me that Batgirl simply doesn't belong with this particular incarnation of the team, IMO.
    Pull list:
Adv. Time, Batgirl, B & R, BOP, E 2, Fearless Defenders, Guardians of the Galaxy, He-Man, JL: Dark, Katana, Shadowman, Swamp Thing, The Ultimates, Ultimate Spider-Man, Worlds' Finest

Wonder if that could be a redesigned Swift on the Batgirl cover.
Why aren't you reading Winter Soldier? You should be!

    1. Huh, so Batgirl's cape really is going to be yellow then. I am okay with that.

    2. So the multiple Robins thing in Batman and Robin is going to be the next plot, not just a one shot thing. Not sure how I feel.... Could be amazing, could be absolutely terrible. :/ I was hoping for a shorter arc after the one we just had, but I guess we'll see.

    3. I am more interested in Dick's appearance in Batwing than I am about Nightwing. Sorry Dick, but your series has been really dull and mediocre. Probably dropping after Night of the Owls.

Oh and 4. I'm exited for Inc coming back. Looks cool.

How so? I mean, we haven't seen her do a terrible lot in the past few issues, but I think she has an interesting role there.

Speaking as one of her #1 fans, she's just too goodie-goodie to fit in with a team of wanted criminals, three of which (Ev, Katana, Ivy) who seem to have no problem with killing which of course is Batman's #1 no-no rule. Of course it could work if we have a scene where Batman specifically requests for Batgirl to remain on the team for that reason alone, to keep an eye on them to ensure they don't start a body count.

    Batman for sure.

    Maybe Batwoman.

Batman Inc is gaining interest with me. The idea of Chris Burnham doing a Matches Malone story is pretty badass.

I'll try Dark Knight with the first Hurwitz issue and we'll see how much it impresses me.

I don't think I'll be getting any of the rest. I think the newness on some of these books is starting to wear off and would like to see some creative shakeups. I feel like both Batgirl and Nightwing are playing it a little too safe and could be more interesting / stylish or whatever. I think Batman and Robin is going to feel really irrelevant with Inc coming back, and the Bruce / Damian dynamic being played out there. And I'm not reading Batwing or really keeping up with that title, but I wonder how long that will be able to survive now that his first major arc is completed and he seems to be moving on to "random villains of the month with a guest star" type stuff.
