Looker? Seriously? That one should have been left at the bottom of the barrel.
Finally, something for me to get excited about. Of course the strength of this lies in the creative teams DC has lined up. If they're starting with Hamner and Lemire, they need to try to hold at that level. My question is this. Why do they need this book and their other DC anthology book DC Comics Presents? I get that NC is just one-shots and DCP allows room for longer form stories but couldn't they just incorporate the NC stories in DCP? Of course this is all moot if DCP is going to be cancelled.
Why aren't you reading Winter Soldier? You should be!
This sounds interesting. I'm definitely willing to give it a shot. :)
So, they're doing what they should have done with DCU Presents.
I wonder if this means something is getting cancelled in July to make room? And if we'll be seeing more new series the same month. I'll probably pick up different issues of this depending on creative teams.
Wait, is than an ongoing or a mini?
New DCU:
JL, JLI, Aquaman, Flash, Green Arrow, Batman, Detective Comics, B: TDK, Batman and Robin, Action Comics, Superboy, Green Lantern, GLC, GL: NG, RL, Teen Titans, Men of War, JLD
Fascinating. I'm a big fan of anthology books in general, so I'll be supporting this out of principle. There's a million possibilities.
I'll probably grab issues when the characters or creative teams appeal to me.
Cool! Will defintely sample.
