Matt Fraction looks like Matt Boomer from the show White Collar. Just saying.

Kieron Gillen looks like Jim Rash, at least from that angle.

Speaking of Gillen, he seemed to get more votes than either Aaron or Remender, who beat him at the 2011 X-Books Awards. Odd.

Claremont and Morrison will definitely be 1 and 2.

    41st Place: One Point Club

Greg Pak has yet to write an X-Men on-going series. However, soon he will with X-Treme X-Men (aka Exiles). Pak wrote the critically acclaimed X-Men: Phoenix - Endsong and Magneto: Testament. He also wrote critically bashed X-Men: Phoenix - Warsong. His current one arc in Astonishing X-Men is an alternate reality story line which will set up his X-Treme run.

40th Place: Mark Waid (2 Points)

Mark Waid had a brief run on X-Men in the 90s. He helped out with major storylines such as Age of Apocalypse and through Onslaught. I believe he left right around then over a disagreement with the Onslaught story. Although I could be making that up.

It's a shame such a talented writer is so disagreeable. Why can't he just tow the line and stick with series he's no longer creatively invested in?!

39th Place: Mark Millar (3 Points)

Mark Millar is has done little work in the 616 X-Verse. He is the creator of the Ultimate X-Men. He has also has had two brief runs on Wolverine. His first run titled Enemy of the State paired him with artist JRJR. Wolverine is killed and resurrected by the Hand and sent to take out lots of players in the Marvel Universe. His second was Old Man Logan which set in an alternative reality where Wolverine was tricked into killing all the X-Men and refused to pop his claws again. Millar stated he was going to take over Astonishing X-Men after Whedon, but ended up doing Fantastic Four instead.

38th Place: Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning (4 Points)

The writing duo known as DnA are currently writing the New Mutants series in which they brought in fan favorite Nate Grey into the mix. Their previous X-Work consisted of an Iceman mini series and a Magik (Amanda Sefton) mini series.

37th Place: Chuck Austen (5 Points)

Chuck Austen had a surprisingly lengthy X-run considering he is considered to be one of the most hated X-Writers of all time. He wrote Uncanny X-Men during the Morrison era and stuck around for the Reloaded revamp and was transferred to X-Men. His was replaced with Milligan shortly after. His contributions to the X-Verse: Juggernaut a hero, Husk and Angel having sex infront of her mother, mutants not being able to get aids, Havok peeing to recreate Iceman, Sammy Squid Boy, Nurse Annie, Northstar/Iceman, Polaris us a psycho, Xorn II, Azazel, Black Tom is a tree, Gambit goes blind, and so much more. He also wrote an arc on Ultimate X-Men and some Exiles.
