Default The Edge family / line: 8 months in, which is the best?

    Easy question (possibly):

Eight months in to the New 52, what do you think is the best of the Edge titles?

(Note: I hope to use this info in another thread in a few weeks.)

I collected the first two issues of Stormwatch, so that easily gets my vote! Yeah, I'm really not into Edge stuff.
Current favorites: Claymore, Birds of Prey, Black God, A Certain Scientific Railgun, Excel Saga

    OMACTIVATE!!!

    ok the edge books
    Omac is just fun
    ALL-STAR W
    Suicide Squad
    Stormwatch
    Voodoo
    Deathstroke
    Grifter
    Men of War
    and finally Blackhawks

personally i thought MoW was very well written but it was pretty boring, but last issue was Great, i really dont know why they didnt focus the title in that direction first then change to Sarge
    and Blackhawks
the first issue was good, then it did nothing to me, i drop after issue 4 and they changed the Lady Blackhawk in the cover of issue 5
it was an awful bait and switch

It's funny . . . O.M.A.C. definitely seems to have a following here, but just didn't do well enough overall.

Just another case where people here don't see eye-to-eye with the general comic book buying public.

well its pretty reasonable to understand why is that OMAC didnt do well in sales
it had all the wrong signs

is a character that is new but is based on a concept that, lets face it, its not popular, and is being written by someone who is not popular not only cause of his writting but cause of many other factors

Being that All-Star Western is the only Edge book I read (and only one issue of it :P) I'd go with it. LOL

Suicide Squad was a surprise for me so that's definitely my favorite. It's had a great growth in quality with each month.

I bet most the people voting for OMAC didn't buy the book.

Only reading about four of these, but so far All Star Western has been the best by a good margin though Voodoo is quite good at times itself.

I would have said Voodoo, but it got worse after Marz left. My next choice would be OMAC, but it sadly ended. Third choice (and the one i picked) is All-Star Western.
