Superman IMO is actually starting to get better with issues 7 and 8. It's almost up there with Action Comics. I'm bummed that Superboy isn't getting much love. It's not THAT bad a series.

yeah that could be a small amount of ppl,like me who like SB to be more human,use TK,but most on here atleast the majority want him to be clark jr.,those drive me crazy,his whole existence is abput being a member of the superman family who is different and unique.

I'm actually pretty disappointed in Superman since 7 and 8. Seemed like pure filler and that's not what the title needs. Just hoping its a case of the mandate though and things will get rolling with #9. I just know that there's fans who barely hanging on to the title as it is, it was horrible timing for editorial mandated filler.

I'm a fan of Superboy too, but I think this Culling crossover is weighing it down just as it is Teen Titans at the moment. In the beginning I thought both titles were at the top of their game in a big way, and now there's been a drop off and I don't think its coincidental that the drop off occurred when the crossover lead up started in earnest. I don't know if Lobdell is just biting off more than he can chew here or what but the quality to me has declined (more so TT than Superboy though). Try as I might I just can't bring myself to care much at all about the event. The villain doesn't interest me much at all, and they've strung it along way too far without giving any real conclusive ideas as to what the Culling actually is to the point I don't really care anymore. Only things I'm really looking forward to now is what the event will spawn, i.e. The Ravagers title, and the event simply being over so Superboy and TT can hopefully get back on track.

THIS,but the annual is coming out next wed(along with smallville season 11#1,worlds finest,and earth 2) so im thinking we will all be goijg holy shit after that. do think SBand TT will be more on track after its over though,heck my boy kon is gonna try a real life after the culling crossover.
