Static Shock Villains Survivor

Hey Guys,
I thought I'd start a Survivor game with all of Static's villains strictly from the TV show.
Have fun!

Here are the rules:
1) There is a 20 point cap for each character
2) You must wait 5 turns to post. In other words 4 people must post between you
3) If two hours have passed, you may reset the voting with a "Time Vote."
4) Please bold & use a +/- with your vote
5) The last character standing will be the winner.

I'm boycotting this thread due to incompleteness - Toon-only losers like Kangorr and Carmendillo rate but no way to even vote for Commando X, Virus, the Horticulturalist, or Joyride? Puff gets in but Coil can't get a mention?
