    Default Franken-Castle/Daken arc

    Picked up a few of these the other day, starting with Franken-Castle 18.

    How far back does this story go? My guy at the shop said 18 was the start of it all but after reading it, it seems like quite a bit happened before issue 18.

    Where's a good spot to start reading this? Where exactly is it when Daken first carves him up?

    The Frankencastle arc really starts in the Dark Reign The List: Punisher one shot. It then continues from Punisher #11 onwards. If you are liking Remenders run then you really should start from Punisher#1 though. Its a great read from start to finish.

    Definitely read the whole run. It's so awesome, with great art. Remender's Punisher run is top shelf.
