Default Will Spider-Man betray the Avengers as he did to the Pro-Registration Team?

Spider-Man has never been a leader, but a follower. Will he betray the Avengers and pay the price as he did during Civil War when he foolishly unmasked

The thing about Peter is his humanity.

If Cyke can talk to him and get to that, peter could be swayed, IMO.

Nah, this isn't about Spidey, this event is about the possible destruction/rebirth of the Mutant Race and the world.

I can see him sympathising but I don't think he'll betray the Avengers in this event besides apart from the VS books I think he's going to play a minor role in this event personally.

I agree I dont think hell be a major player in this. Im more worried about what Beast and Wolverine and Storm are going to do.

you mean the guy who decked the x-men twice would side with them ? why, he never looked scott eye to eye, and the fact that logan, iceman and beast, the few x-men he considered friends are not part of cyclops utopia team says a lot.

    He's gonna fight Colossus.
There's a bit of Spider-Man in all of us.

No chance, besides he didn't really betray the Avengers, most of the New Avengers were anti-registration anyway.

Besides its not like Spidey gets along that well with the X-men

Especially Cyclops Spidey and Cyc don't get along at all

The price he ultimately paid as a result of what he did during Civil War was his marriage to Mary Jane since said events lead into OMD. But, to the question at hand...if Peter was to do the right thing...he should try his best to establish a peace between the Avengers and the X-men and not pick either side.

Wow... I'm surprised Spiderman can swat Wolverine back like that. Was that in Spidey's own book or did Wolvie job or what?

Where Beast and Iceman are going to end up is a matter of doubt, as is whether Wolverine will remain a traitor.
