Assuming this is something 2000ad based...
it doesn't seem right for Dredd, which is more straightforward action than strange mystery stuff, but with the Zenner card like symbols could be something Anderson related.
Of the other recurring features... they have a couple of paranormal strips (Absalom, Ampney Crucis) but this doesn't seem to match anything from them. Maybe something from Indigo Prime?
Or something new entirely...

That's not so sure, the 05.02 may be also the publishing date of the JD Meg... It is a Wednesday, that's sure. So, a 2000AD???...
I have thought about the Psi-Judge Anderson too. But, the colours seem "too living", "too bright". The Anderson universe is actually darker than ever.
I am thinking more about Ampney Crucis than Absalom. It is more in the art style.
It can not be Nikolai, the story is actually published. A new Strontium Dog story? The SD crest would have been on the teasers... Tank Girl, with the desert art style and the bright colours? Nay, it is for the JD Meg...
Desert art style, primal art style, representative art stye, bright watercolours... 3 teasers. The "They are coming" sentence... I do not think about a new ABC team specialized in desert or psychic warfare...
How amusing and persisting are these "not so simple" teasers!!!!
Anyways, I am waiting "them" with great curiosity!!!!!
The central image strongly reminds me of Maxwell from the THIRTEENTH FLOOR (that and Charlie Brown's sweater). So my (wild) guess would be a "revival" of some classic (Eagle?) strips.
Now if I could only say that the other two images remind me of ... lets say Doomlord, Manix or Deathwish I could make myself think that I was on to something
