I like Shinku and Graveyard of Empires.
I like Shinku and Graveyard of Empires.
Invincible and Walking Dead
right now for me, still The Walking Dead. Moving up quickly is Saga, the second issue was excellent.
I currently enjoy these Image books (in this order):
Walking Dead
Chew
Invincible
Proof
Mice Templar
There's quite a few others that I look forward to reading, too:
Blue Estate
Bulletproof Coffin
Elephantmen
Fatale
Morning Glories
Near Death
Orc Stain
Saga
Skullkickers
Thief of Thieves
Psychologically, the guns you use will define you - Pharoahe Monch
JayToddz! Jason Motherf****** Todd. I'm a fan.
I really miss Helena Bertinelli and Stephanie Brown | Facebook | Twitter | Keeping Helena B.'s memory alive
Only Reading Saga and Morning Glories. Both are Fantastic.
Elephantmen is probably my favorite of Image's books being published right now. Granted there's tons of good ones from Image, but Starkings is killing it with that book.
I also enjoy Glory, Prophet, Thief of Thieves (mainly for Martinbourgh's artwork), Orc Stain, Bulletproof Coffin, and anything from Paul Grist (Jack Staff & Mudman)
"If you live among wolves you have to act like a wolf."
Those in my sig + Blue Estate (loved it, but decided to trade wait after #5) are up for contention of "Dr. Cheesesteak's Best of Image" Award.
Saga and Manhattan Projects are great...but too unripe.
I'm surprised there isn't more Chew talk, given the fact it truly is masterful. Guess it just lacks readership?
Reed Gunther, Skullkickers, and Xenoholics are all great and fun to read. I get a lot of chuckles out of them!
Ultimately, my vote goes to Elephantmen. Just such an interesting and unique world w/ great characters. One of the most underrated series I can think of. If I could only read one Image comic, Elephantmen would probably be it.
Comics were happier before the Internet turned writing superhero stories into fruitless attempts to impress/entertain a small group of ppl who appear to hate comics and their creators.
Grant Morrison
Agreed...Elephantmen is great! Saga is mind-blowing! The Walking Dead is impressive every month! The Manhattan Projects & Thief of Thieves are both good as well......and don't forget about the fun & entertaining "Bear-Riding Cowboy" Reed Gunther!! Btw, Planetoid is great from the images I've seen so far....soooooo many wonderful titles from Image right now!!
Currently collecting: Elephantmen, The Flash, Godzilla, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Judge Dredd, Mind Mgmt, Non-Humans, Saga, Shadowman, & Usagi Yojimbo.
