Uh... Yeah... Thats not going over well with the critics when this movie hits.

What works in comics doesn't necessarily work in movies especially when previouse movies have taken a more seriouse tone with the fantasy.

This would definitely fit a transformers movie though

.......................... so its unrealistic or is a unserious fantasty that a female soldier/spy/assassin could kick ass, really dude?
no one said any of that crap about any of Paula Patton's action scenes in mission impossible 4, or Gina Carano's scenes in Haywire. and they where both very serious in tone!
and no in the transformers movies the women are mostly all treated as damsels in distress (other that one or 2 scenes where they drive a crippled transformer around so he can shoot shit)

I would assume it'll be PG to let kids like my son go see it. PG = more money. They don't need it to be PG-13 to up the "realistic" ante, they need it to make mountains, no, mountain ranges, of money, so it'll be PG. If they have to cut a scene or two to make it pass PG, they will, and put the extras on the DVDs. My two cents.

Yeah, I noticed the same thing. Usually that means the studio is doing some editing to get the rating they want. I guess they would be pushing for a PG-13 rating right?

Even if your well-reasoned point is correct, I'm not sure how that explains the lack of a rating for a movie that'll be out in a few weeks. (A few weeks. Mmm. I think I just made myself drool.)

I've heard of flicks that aren't completely done with whatever things fit under the "post-production" umbrella, even a month befor they're to be released, but this movie is kind of a big deal. Do we think that's the case here?
Please pardon any aggressive auto-correct feature typos.

All the other movie up to mow have been PG-13. You think they delay is them trying to get it down to PG, or do you think they got an R and are trying to edit to down to PG-13 like the rest (obviously they do not want R).

That was an AWESOME fight scene. I could EASILY see the same kind of action done by VanDamme, Jet Li, Jackie Chan, etc... This movie is SO going to ROCK HARD. ScarJo looks awesome as well, and looks to be getting a lot more to do here then even in IM2.

I didn't see anything that seemed out of place in comparison to the previous films.

    Indeed!
Is this part of the movie itself, or some extraneous film clips used to promote the movie?

As I said in another thread I would have preferred a little more Jason Bourne and less 90's action hero, but its okay I guess. I would have probably prefered if they choreographed this differently.

I relly enjoyed Black Widows action scenes in Ironman 2, this doesn't seem quite as good imp
