    It might have started with Dubya cause i can't recall seeing Clinton in any superhero comics.
    I remember Bill and Hillary in an issue of Alan Moore's run on Supreme. Korgo the space bully showed up, knocked out Bill and made Hillary his 1st Lady.

    If that's a shadow, it's a very deliberately placed shadow.
