Newb Question about Moonshadow: anthology or comic books?
Hi, I'm a newb to both comics and this forum. My friend recently got me into graphic novels and comics, particularly Moonshadow. I'd like to ask of the wisdom of the elders of this place to what I am to buy: the anthology ("The Compleat Moonshadow") or the individual comic books? Both are around the same price and are available in shops in my area. What's a better deal in entertainment/reading value?
I'm completely clueless about the differences, so any advice will help.
There's no difference whatsoever except that "the anthology" (the term usually is either trade paperback or graphic novel, by the way) includes a rather rubbish epilogue that you can gladly do without. It also doesn't have any adverts and it's handy to have it in one collection that looks great on your bookshelf. Not sure which of the two have the better paper quality though.
Either way, it's a great, if somewhat flawed read, regardless of the format in which you get it.
