Both in terms of energy and healing, just trying to figure it out since that's an area my character will be focusing on.

Good enough to heal small cuts, stop minor bleeding damage, and help heal a broken bone at about 5x the rate of a normal human. So something that takes five days to heal would only take you one.

As for energy, you'ld be about twice as good as a normal human in terms of being able to keep on trucking long after someone else has stopped.

Weapon:

The weapon holds special significance to him as he made it himself. The hilt of the blade is a shade of burgundy, and has the Kanji for 'darkness' inscribed on it.

Appearance: 6'1", Dark Skinned (Golden-Brown), Golden eyes, Silver/White hair, with a scar running vertically down his right eye. 200 pounds.

Character History: After losing his parents at a young age, he was brought up by his uncle, who raised him in relative seclusion, in Sector 8, which is where he learned how to shoot, and where his uncle taught him the basics of how to fight. When he was around the age of eight, they moved closer to the center of the sector, so that he could get a proper education. Having been raised in relative seclusion, and taught how to be entierly self-sufficent at a young age, he never really fit in anywhere and was never inclined to go out of his way for social interraction. He did however take a keen interest in schooling and went at his studies avidly, quickly advancing through the grades.

Sometime during his studying he stumbled upon a tattered book called, "Hagakure" and it has influenced his thinking in some things. Though not to the point where he is blinded by honor. He will resort to sneaky tactics if a situation warrants it. He's an opportunist at heart.

A few months after coming to the city with his uncle, he was enrolled in a martial arts class, and devoted the better part of his time to his studies and training. Over the course of years before his first 'emergence' he became proficient in studies, advancing to the higher levels, as well as winning a few sector-wide tournaments. At around the age of sixteen, he was chopping wood, for his uncle, and was daydreaming, and accidentally brought the ax down on his foot, this was when he found out about his enhancer status. He kept quite about it, but at the same time continued testing to see the extent of his power.

A few months after turning eighteen, he was hit by a car. While he was unhurt, and largely unmoved, the person driving and the passengers were killed on impact. This troubled him greatly, and after being outed in such a dramatic fashion, his friends slowly started shunning him. He started putting more, and more effort into his training, to the near exclusion of all else, the only exception being school.

A few days before leaving for Arcadia, he was at a local Dojo, training off away from the rest of the students there, when a group of people, came in and their 'leader' challenged him to a match. Never being one to turn someone down, but at the same time unwilling to participate, he accepted with the warning, "obviously you know what I can do. Please don't do anything stupid." The man didn't listen.

The end result, one that was completely unexpected, and unwanted was another death. This time, a murder. Two days later, the letter for Arcadia came in the hands of two Paragons. After asking for a few hours to think on it, and a heated argument and subsequent falling out with his Uncle, the man who raised him. He left for Arcadia.

Personality: He is a goal-oriented individual, and will always be thinking or planning around a goal or set of goals no matter what is happening. He is also not one to quit easily. He has trust issues, and tends to keep his plans to himself. Though he suffers from trust, and issues of an emotional sort. He is very good at setting his emotions aside. Burying them with sarcasm, and dry humor. He has a keen eye for tactics, and prefers to sit back to get a scope of something before making a move. Like in chess.

Precision Control: Through the discipline gained through his martial arts training, coupled with meditation he has figured out how to increase/decrease both the rate at which his heart beats (and the blood flow), and his metabolic rate. By decreasing the rate at which his heart beats, he can effectively function in low-oxygen and anaerobic environments for a short time, as well as survive injuries that would otherwise incapacitate him. And by decreasing his metabolic rate, he can function for extended periods without food or water. Also by increasing these, he can, for a short time, enter into a “hyper-active” state, increasing his speed and reaction time by half. However, this is quite damaging to his body, as it’s not used to operating at these levels, and extended use of this will begin damaging his body, and if sufficient time has not passed for his body to heal, it will kill him.


Quickness of Mind: Like his body's increased speed, his mind works at a considerably faster pace in the sense that, his ability to learn something is considerably easier than it would be normally. He usually gets the hang of things by the first or second time. This applies for languages and information as well.


Durability: 13

Desperation: By decreasing the level of durability on one part of his body, he can increase the levels of another (he can fully remove the durability of one area and increase another area two-fold, for example.) Allowing him to withstand a blow(s) that would otherwise override the normal levels of durability his body has. However, as the name suggests, this is typically only used as a last resort, due to the risks it presents, should he be injured in an area no longer protected.


Blood Aegis: Used in conjunction with his Precision Control, he can slow down his blood flow allowing it to harden, effectively creating a sub-dermal armor, increasing his overall level of durability. He can only use this for a short time however, as it requires a considerable amount of energy. At the moment he can maintain this state for five minutes, before he completely exhausts himself.

His skills are complimented by his speed and durability and make him dangerous up close.

By the way he speaks, it is obvious that he is intelligent, but having never gone out of his way to interact with other people, he is rather blunt when dealing with others. He's not incredibly outgoing but he's never had a problem speaking up about what's on his mind. (more will be added)

A petite girl, blonde and fair-skinned, slender in build and small for her age.

CHARACTER HISTORY & PERSONALITY: Eisen was brought in Sector 1 by her uncle, Doctor Deidrich Schneider - a brillaint yet eccentric scientist. Having been raised and home schooled in the doctor's enormous labroratory of a home, she has led an extremely sheltered life.

Never the less, eventually her uncle finally decided to let her go outside for once. While nobody is entirely sure what transpired that day, it ultimately resulted in Eisen sending three grown men to the healing tanks of the local hospital. In light of this, Dr Schneider decided to send her to the Arcadia academy, both to learn to control her immense strenght better and to get some much-needed social exposure.

Eisen is a bright and cheerful girl, but somewhat naive due to her upbringing. Her isolation did not make her shy - quite the contrary, she approaches her brave new world with the innocence and wide-eyed curiosity of a four-week old kitten. While normally very friendly, her inexperience at interacting with other people can sometimes make her behavior come across as rather odd to others. She also has a habit of talking to herself when she thinks nobody can hear her.
