Okay, continuing where I left off...:
13.Norma Sinclair (Kevin M)
- Wind Mosh is a variable element attack, stronger at close range. Apparently uses the guitar as a focus. Seems pretty balanced.
- Against the Wind is a horrifying move in which Norma becomes a mime- what? A tornado shield? Oh, well that's okay then. No crimes against nature here.
14.Reizo Kannon (Sion Reaver)
- Healing is a good team support move, and as a basic RPG move, I feel fairly assured in stating in my capacity as non-official brokenness detector that it is in no way broken.
- Second water power, Fnord, is what you might expect from a power named Fnord. That is to say that there appears to be no text for a second power that is your rightful due as 5th dan in aquajutsu.
15.Rivia Tristian (Tami)
- Fairies/Fireflies is... Dancing Lights? Might be useful as a signal device. Doesn't seem problematic.
- Pyromancy actually correctly uses the 'mancy' suffix! Congratulations! Also a nice enabler to allow Cleric to supply us with plot-relevant information. I like it.
16.Robert Dalts (Hazard)
- Gentle Hands is an interesting combat buff. He's secretly the ever-lovin' blue-eyed Thing, isn't he?
- All Over the World isn't too bad. It sounds like he effectively gets both flight and ground phasing, which
might be more suitable as two powers. I'm not going to push on that front, though, since the name indicates the concept is that he can travel far and wide to out-of-the-way places. Can he let people go once he takes them underground? The Earth User clause is a valuable drawback, if so. Also, the 50' range. Is that a max distance travelable, or a max size radius that people can be taken with you? (Hi, villain of the week, I brought about thirty Earth users up through the floor behind you while the others distracted you! Taste Gaia's Rage!)
17.Rosemary Vargreaves (Yun Lao)
Oh, this is interesting. It looks like Natural Fallacy is effectively you buying the same powers for each category, making your powerset easy to grasp while allowing a lot of flavor and hypothetical variations.
- Illusionary Strike is a simple combat buff, which might be modified by future powers granted to the visions. Seems fine.
- Fantasy's Roar is two standard element attacks, which might be modified by future powers. No grievances here.
18.Samantha Gabriel Van Clef (WyldCard4)
- Sky Walking is similar to one of my own powers, once again trading defensive benefits for sustained height. I've got no problem with this. Right now her strength is 0/base human girl, so the lifting people thing isn't too threatening. I was going to suggest you put some more points into Air if your strength increases, to support the idea that your air power is strong enough to lift you and what you're lifting, but that'd make you spend points twice, which seems kind of unfair. I also have a feeling that the dropping people attack might not be that effective later, for the most part - decent durability should allow a guy to survive terminal velocity impacts. Her being able to drop mooks from high places isn't really any worse than setting them on fire or cutting them up with vacuum blades, so I'm not too worried about this being broken.
19.Skye Cortez (WickedElphaba)
The Aleran metalcrafting is strong in this one!
- Strengthen Metal is a decent buff effect. Retricted to metal, so it doesn't replace Strength entirely for damage, and allows her to shear through parries and such. I'm good with this.
- Shape Metal enables Skye to become Mr. T and bend metal bars once an episode. We may also soon find her upgrading from a rapier to a buster sword. (And still using it one-handed!

) Once again, it's metal-only Strength.
- Swiftsteel is an initiative boost. Skye is going to be a fierce swordfighter. Nothing here seems broken, though.
20.Vivian P. Baad (Vakanai)
- Aura of Flames is a selective Fire Shield. I see no obvious problem with this.
- Fire-wisps is another Dancing Lights? Or are they a light homing attack? Seems fine, though.
1.Casimir Endellion (Cthulhu_of_R'yleh)
- Precision Control lets him Open the Gates or just hibernate. Seems fine as written.
- Quickness of Mind is a... study aid? Lets him learn the Kamehameha in a week.

Be careful, or you may be competing with Dalts for the title of Shonen Protagonist!
- Desperation is a variable-durability effect, which could be interesting. Not sure how the drawback could be exploited in a play-by-post game, though, so I'm a little worried that it might end up as 'increased durability against anything but area attacks or speedsters who can hit me again faster than I can shift the durable spot.' I still don't see it creating too big a fuss, though, and even if exploited it's not an 'I win' trick, so I think it passes muster.
- Blood Aegis, on the other hand, works pretty well. Increased durability for a few posts, then exhaustion.
So, overall, I think we're good. Am I correct in guessing we'll be doing this review process again when we get new powers in-game?
