I'll definitely buy this depending on the creative teams!

Arg. Just when I get out of the IDW Licensed Comics game, they pull me back in. I kinda hope they get some of the 2000 AD talent on board, and don't just farm the title out to some young up-and-comer with no sense of Dredd history.

I just don't think the American sensibility comment makes sense. Judge Dredd is great, period. I don't think it has a British sensibility, it has universal appeal. I'm not British and I enjoy it.

Indeed. I'm quite the same. Dredd's sense of black humor is universal.

I'm utterly excited for this. My only real exposure to Dredd was through the.. Sly flick and last years 2000AD's FCBD issue.

Works for me. I haven't read a lot of the Rebellion Dredd, but a decidedly American take on the character could be cool too.

Huge Dredd fan as a kid, and I love IDW's packages overall, I started following their company with Smoke. Looking forward to this.

DC didn't have a lot of luck with Judge Dredd in the 90's, but since IDW's picked up the license, at least the pamphlets will have a high cover price.

If you grew up in the 80's, IDW is the place to be. Looking forward to this.
All they need now is to get the He-Man license and I'll be in 80's heaven.

i might check this out. always meant to get into Dredd more, but have really only read a small portion of it, just some random stuff from here and there.

hopefully IDW gets a good writer/artist team for the book.
