I have a feeling his character is being built.
We've seen him twice since mania, the first was him giving matthews the death stare, the second was him going off on AJ and the crowd.
He's not goofy right now, he's angry, and in WWE, angry heel doesn't usualy mean losing heel.
Even jobber Miz got some wins when they tried to make him scary.

I think Rhodes and/or Byran may have a chance to regain some points in the standings. But so far, they are not getting any TV matches to help. They've only gotten promo points.

They both may have rematches at Extreme Rules, but I think it would not be likely that they regain their titles back so soon.
Though I could maybe see it happening with Bryan due to the crowd reactions.
