Fantasy Football X-Men vs Avengers
Hey guys,
I'm not sure how to go about doing this but is anyone interested in setting up a fantasy Football type thing for the Avengers vs X-Men crossover?
For those who don't know what fantasy football is, it's basically creating a team of football players (in this case heroes) and then depending on how they go though the season (in this case crossover) you would score points for touch downs etc (in this case maybe attacks???).
Would definitely be fun but not sure how the logistics of it would work. Any thoughts. I'm working full time at the moment so can't take charge of this but happy to collaborate with a few people to set this up.

I like the idea, but it is complicated. For instance, Rogue almost defeated the entire Avengers team at the height of its power by herself (she had help from the rest of the Brotherhood, but they were minor participants). Today though, Rogue seems to be a shell of her former self (in terms of personality and power levels). Same with Storm, regardless of which team she'd be on, could see her taking on a single team singlehandedly but she's been so much background. Or her husband the Black Panther. Should legitimately be able to take them all down, like Batman and the JLA, but will he be just another face in the crowd in this "event"? Seems that way so far.
That being said if someone did want to set one up I'd be up for it. Might have to go with Marvel website stats on the players, and decide if we could draft teams consisting solely of one or the other team or a mix, and if teams of Avengers could face off against the same, or only against X-Men teams (in fantasy football for instance, you could choose Drew Brees and your opponent could have Marques Colston who is his main receiver on the Saints). The latter makes more sense for the event, but it wouldn't really resemble fantasy football then.
