Hopefully the series is ending instead of being canceled. That would mean Roberson and Allred got to tell the story they wanted.
Still, always a bummer when a fun series comes to an end.

Free your soul and let it fly....
Yeah, I really liked the series a lot.
Who's there?
Finally, maybe Allred will get on a book I want to read now.
Wonder if Chris Roberson will write any DC titles.
I interviewed both creators on the subject: http://www.bleedingcool.com/2012/04/...nd-of-izombie/
I dunno, I think 28 issues is pretty good for this kind of niche book. Wouldn't call it that sort of a life span.
I have loved this series from the beginning. The Unwritten, American Vampire, and iZombie all started around the same time. They are linked together by the quality each book presented in my mind. I certainly will miss it. Vertigo has been on a roll lately. I hope this latest batch of titles from Vertigo will continue this trend in quality.
Now, we just have to find a way to get folks to read these kinds of books alongside their need for spandex.

I am also going to miss the title, but glad that even though it will be shortened there will be some kind of ending in there. This deserved a much bigger audience then it got, I will definitely see the book through to the end, I have got to find out how it ends. I hope Roberson does some more comics soon, preferably another creator owned book. I will have to check out some of his novels as well.
