Fate of the Jedi: Apocalypse **Spoilers**

Not the worst book I ever read, but not the best ending to a 9-book series, either. What did you guys think?

Questions:

Was the mysterious tattooed Sith A'Sharad Hett/Darth Krayt?

Was Vestara (now a Sith Lord) headed back to her home planet or somewhere else?

Is Luke about to die? Who will take over as Grandmaster after he is gone?

Alana is now officially going into Jedi training?

You think Jag is out of the Empire for good?

Who do you think is the woman lighting the candle at the end????



So where do we go from here?

Also, I just realized they tied an episode of Clone wars into this (Mortis and the Ones). Not sure how I feel about tying these two continuities together.

Did Jacen always know that the girl next to the dark man in his vision was his daughter (who was not even born yet)? I don't remember that being revealed as his motivation until this book. Also, I always thought Jacen had thought the dark man was Luke gone Dark Side, and that's what he had been trying to prevent all along. Not that I dislike his motivations for saving his daughter and preventing her from following the dark man (which, come on, we all know is A'Sharad Hett), I just wish this had been in place and/or clearer from the beginning.

Another thought: did Allana remind anyone else a bit of Arya from GRRM's ASoIaF?
