Let's bring it back to Wonder Woman, please.

I take it you've never actually read a MArston comic? Practically dripping of every panel.

That's not sex, that's bondage that you perceive as sex. There was a lot of bondage, but that was to show peril in a nonviolent way. If people got a kick out of it that's on them.

I'll just mention that the most read comic book in the army core at the time was WW. You can all imagine why.

Well, duh, nobody claimed Diana was actually making love to people. When people talk about the "sex" aspect, they talk about a sexual undertone which is present in the strangely frequent use of bondage (and you will have to explain to me how Hyppolita -I think it was her- walking around with a guy on a leash is showing peril in a nonviolent way, especially considering it ends with said guy claiming his love to her or something....That's basic female sexual dominance subtext). And in what occasions that are not sex do people use bondage, anyway?
That's like claiming Siegel and Shuster Superman doesn't vehicules socialist ideas because he never says "I support the ideas of Karl Marx". Or that 50's movies about martians invading Earth wasn't a metaphor for the Cold War There are limits to what you can say and show on panel.

Pull the other one, it's got bells on. You simply can't be that dumb.

Yeah and Betty Grable was the #1 pinup, what's your point?

It didn't take much to get 'em going in the old days.

Now, now, talk about Wonder Woman, not about me. Where is that nice lady with the watering can?

Yeah, Bind Torture Kill, he didn't rape all those women. Bondage is fairly common in kidnappings and home invasions that don't involve sex too.
