There's a theory that the new team he's setting up is Seven Soldiers, which would be very cool.

Wasn't the name of the team he used with Green Arrow -- which sadly escapes me at the moment -- the name of a Wildstorm team?

Earlier in the issue he's asked about Team 7, and then he later he talks to Green Arrow, but no team name is said specifically.

That version of Seven Soldiers never met; but the original Seven Soldiers, which did include Green Arrow, did. They were a regular feature of pre-Crisis Earth-2. Not sure which group, if either, Johns is talking about here, or if it's Wildstorm's Team 7.
